JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 12-01-2015 Petitioners are languishing in custody since 12.06.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the I.P.C. It is alleged that petitioners took loan of rupees two lacs and one lac respectively from the Central Bank of India Khagaria Branch under Kishan Gold Card Scheme on the basis of forged land possession document. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioner No. 1 received only Rs. 31000/- out of Rs. 2,00,000/- and petitioner No. 2 received Rs. 16,000/- out of Rs. 1,00,000/- and the rest of the amount was misappropriated by the mediators. It is further submitted that co-accused have been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 27248 of 2013, Cr. Misc. No. 27884 of 2013, Cr. Misc. No. 32133 of 2013.
