2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for quashing the entire proceeding initiated under section 4 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009 and Rule 3 of the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution pending before the learned court of Deputy Collector Land
Patna High Court CWJC No.2279 of 2016(3) dt.30-08-2025 2/2 Reforms, Patna Sadar bearing Bihar Land Dispute Case No. 145/2014-15 (Amar Paswan and Anr. Vs. Rajnandan Paswan & Anr.) as the said proceeding has been initiated and being continued in complete disregard to the provision contained in Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009.
The learned court of Deputy Land Collector, Land Reforms has not been conferred any power to give order for partition between the co-shares, coparcener, joint owner etc. of such land, as is being done by learned court in the aforesaid case."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
