This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Madanpur P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506, 379, 354, 427/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In view of the fact that there is case and counter case from both the sides and dispute seems to be with regard to some shop, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.
