18-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of Opp.Party nos. 2 to 8.

At the very outset, it was submitted by learned counsel for Opp.Party nos. 2 to 8 that the present petition was filed with a prayer to initiate contempt proceeding against Opp.Parties on an

Patna High Court MJC No.816 of 2013 (3) dt.18-02-2015 2/2 allegation of disobedience to an interim order 12.05.2011 passed in C.W.J.C.No.8351 of 2011. He submits that main writ petition has already been disposed of and the writ court has finally not interfered with the matter since it was a case of disputed question of fact.

Final order passed in the writ petition i.e. order dated 26.11.2014 passed in C.W.J.C.No.8351 of 2011, has been brought on record as Annexure-A to the show cause. In view of the fact that writ petition has already been disposed of, there is no reason to pass any positive order in the present petition. The present petition stands disposed of.
