3. The present petition has been preferred for the

Patna High Court MJC No.2126 of 2024(4) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 restoration of application bearing CWJC No. 945 of 2024 that stood dismissed due to non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 25.04.2024.

4. In view of the statement made in paragraph nos. 3 and 4 in the petition, MJC No. 2126 of 2024 is allowed subject to payment of Rs.1,000/- to the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee, as the payment has to be done, the receipt has to be submitted in the office by 20.01.2025.

5. Accordingly, CWJC No. 945 of 2024 is restored to its original file.
