JUSTICE RAJESH KUMAR VERMA ORAL ORDER 22-07-2024 Mr. Dhananjay Upadhyaya, the learned junior counsel to the learned counsel Mr. Sanjay Kumar submits that he has already filed a supplementary affidavit in which he has clearly stated that the authority have withdrawn their action in demolishing the portion of construction of the petitioner's land. Now, the cause of action does not survive any further and on that sole ground the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application.
