2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 341/2016 dated 03.08.2016 registered for the offence punishable u/s 147, 148, 149, 341 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 03.08.2016, the informant's father Punit Lal Panjiyara had gone to the orchard to attend the nature's call at about 6.00 P.M., when the informant heard the sound of firing and went to the place of occurrence, he saw that the petitioner along with co-accused persons was

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The other co-accused person has already been granted bail by the co-ordinate bench of this court vide order dated 14.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44787/2022. The petitioner has four antecedents as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Banka in connection with Amarpur (Fullidumar) P.S. Case No. 341/2016, with the condition ;- (i). The petitioner is directed to remain physically
