JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Complaint Case No. 3579 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections-468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

There is allegation in the complaint petition that the petitioner being Assistant clerk in the Circle Office, Mahnar, in conspiracy with the Circle Officer after transfer of the then Circle Officer to Mohanpur, Gaya on 11-05-2015 made interpolation in the record and changed the order dated 12-08-2015 by makimg cutting and interpolation as 12-10-2014 and finally allowed the Mutation Case by aforesaid forgery, whereas; on 03-10-2015, it was ordered that Mutation case is rejected. No.29941 of 2017 (2) dt.12-07-2017 that this petitioner in conspiracy with the Circle Officer, did wrongful act after taking huge amount and committed forgery in the order dated 03-10-2014 and cut the word "Aswikirt". The SA of the complainant is also annexed as Annexure-2 where the complainant has supported the allegation of committing forgery by the petitioner in conspiracy with the C.O.

In such circumstances, this court does not find it a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below and seek regular bail which shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order.
