Although the writ petition was initially filed complaining that the authorities had intruded upon the land of petitioner without acquiring the same and that steps had also been taken for construction of Bihta-Sarmera National Highway over the same but while the matter remained pending for consideration before this Court that acquisition proceeding was initiated following which the land in question have been acquired and even the compensation amount has been paid to the petitioner which is also admitted by Mr. Upendra Prasad, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Upon payment of the compensation amount, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2427 of 2013 (10) dt.24-07-2015 P2/2 The writ application as well as interlocutory application is disposed of accordingly.
