JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 02.04.2024, passed by this Court, in CWJC No. 15268 of 2023 to the extent of correcting the period of deputation which has been typed as 06.01.2021 to 13.03.2023 instead of of 06.01.2022 to 13.03.2023.

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned

Patna High Court MJC No.2127 of 2024(2) dt.06-09-2024 2/2 counsel for the petitioner as also the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to direct that the period of deputation of the petitioner shall be deemed to be read as 06.01.2022 to 13.03.2023, in the order dated 02.04.2024.

4. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 02.04.2024 passed in CWJC No. 15268 of 2023.
