Patna High Court CWJC No.12223 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/3 District-Munger, under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, but the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to grant of opportunity to the petitioner to file his show cause reply/ objection before the Circle Officer, Dharhara, District-Munger in the aforesaid encroachment case, whereupon it is prayed that the Circle Officer, Dharhara, District-Munger may be directed to pass appropriate orders under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, after considering the show cause reply/objection, to be filed by the petitioner.
Patna High Court CWJC No.12223 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 3/3 Act, 1956, within a period of twelve weeks, thereafter.
The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
