JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 12-09-2018 Learned counsel for the State has filed a show cause on behalf of O.P. No. 3 and submits that the authorities are thoroughly looking into the materials brought before them on behalf of the petitioner in order to take appropriate decision in terms of the order of the learned writ Court, however, it is likely to take three months in the whole process of examination. This Court has also been pointed out that in fact, the Raiyatikaran of the acquired land has given rise to some dispute and with respect to others and the same is also a subject matter of investigation.

Patna High Court MJC No.361 of 2016 (4) dt.12-09-2018 In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court finds that there is no willful disobedience of the order dated 03.11.2009 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 14314 of 2009 and no proceeding for contempt can go on in the facts and circumstances of the case. This application is dismissed.
