JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-08-2015 The petitioner seeks withdrawal of the Electricity bill issued by the Supply Division of Electricity Department at Motihari, dated 15.05.2011, bearing MT 14405/BRP/DS/2558/U10 for the month of April 2011.

2. The petitioner's case is that he has never taken Electricity connection nor he resides in the said premises. He has stated all these facts in his representation before the respondent authorities and had pleaded for withdrawal of the electricity bill.

3. The petitioner even moved the District Consumer Forum, but his case was dismissed, as he did not come within the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15320 of 2012 (2) dt.05-08-2015 2 / 2 definition of 'Consumer'.

4. Having regard to the facts of the case, I direct the respondent no.3, Executive Engineer, Electricity Department of East Champaran at Motihari to dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of one month by a speaking order.

5. This application stands disposed of.
