The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S.Case No.318 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.
At the very outset it is submitted by the learned counsel for the State that proceedings under Sections 82 and 83 has already been issued , as such this application is not maintainable. Heard learned A.P.P. also.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, the petitioner is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43424 of 2018 (3) dt.25-08-2018 2/2 directed to surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of materials available on the record and shall be disposed of, if possible, on the same day.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
