The petitioners seek modification of the order dated 27.04.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32508 of 2020.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that because of Covid-19 Pandemic and illness of the mother of the petitioner, he could not surrender within the stipulated time before the court below to take advantage of the order.

For the reasons stated in the application, the prayer for extension of time for surrendering of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59466 of 2021(2) dt.15-12-2021 2/2 petitioner before the court below is allowed. The order is modified to the extent that if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, they will be accorded the privilege under the order dated 27.04.2021 on the same terms and conditions.

With the aforesaid modification, the application stands allowed.
