Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s):- (a) To set aside the memo No. 707 dated 24.05.2022 issued by the Executive Engineer Electric Supply Aurangabad Division by which claim of the petitioner with regard to death compensation due to Electric current has been rejected.

(b) For a direction to the respondent authority to pay the compensation amount to the petitioner

Patna High Court CWJC No.12020 of 2022(3) dt.15-11-2022 2/2 because husband of the petitioner expired due to negligent step adopted by respondent in providing the electric supply to villager for irrigation. (c) For any other/orders on the basis of facts and circumstances stated hereinafter of the case." Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to prefer an appeal before the Respondent No. 2, namely, Superintending Engineer, Supply Electric, Aurangabad.

Permission granted.

Limitation, if any, shall not come in the way of the authority in deciding the appeal on merit.

Petition stands disposed of reserving liberty aforesaid. Interlocutory application, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
