In this case, the petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 171 of 2014 registered for offences under sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504, 354, 307, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per allegation, the accused persons have entered into the house of the Informant with lethal weapon in their hand and started hurling abuses to the Informant and other family members. An allegation has been made against Doman Goswami of thrashing down the Informant and forcibly tried to outrage her modesty.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33854 of 2017 (2) dt.27-07-2017 unimaginable that one person will try to outrage the modesty in presence of his wife and other family members. Looking to the entire facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, namely, Doman Goswami and Vicky Goswami, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 171 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
