ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 27-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in Ganja Bridge P.S. Case No. 38 of 2013 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. Considering that while on bail, the Petitioner committed the present occurrence and thus has misused the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to release him from jail custody and, hence, prayer for bail is rejected.
