2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Brahampura P.S. Case No. 63 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8(c), 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. There is recovery of eight grams of smack and one knife each from the two petitioners who are in jail since 11.03.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Brahampura

5. The petitioners are directed to mark their attendance in Ahiyapur Police Station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
