The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Town P.S.Case No.116 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504, 325, 307, 379 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Keeping in mind the fact that there is a case and counter case in which both sides have sustained injuries and nature of injuries sustained by the members of the prosecution party are mostly simple as well as the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten
