2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with the present case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(b), 22(b), 27(a) and 8(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 45.30 grams of Heroin has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in jail since 13.03.2024 and has clean antecedent.
5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, this

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District and Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Buxar/concerned court below in connection with Brahampur P.S. Case No. 124 of 2024 subject to the condition that:- (i)The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Shahpur Police Station on first and third Sunday of each month. Any default in the same will result in cancellation of the bail bond of the petitioner.
