Learned counsel for the Central Bank of India (hereinafter referred to as the 'Bank') has assisted the Court.

2. He has also filed show cause on behalf of the Bank in which details of payment made to the petitioner in compliance of the order of the Court dated 23.09.2015 in C.W.J.C. No. 18444 of

Patna High Court MJC No.1113 of 2016 dt.19-12-2018 2/2 2008, has been brought on record. Copy of the show cause was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 12.12.2018.

3. In view of nobody appearing on behalf of the petitioner as also no rejoinder filed to the show cause of the Bank, the Court can only presume that the stand of the Bank of having complied with the order of the writ Court, is correct.
