2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the grounds for rejecting her candidature are required to be looked into by the Authority prescribed under the Guidelines. It is common case that the appropriate Authority is the District Magistrate.
Patna High Court CWJC No.4484 of 2015 dt.13-08-2018 2/2 3 In view of such submission, the petitioner may make her application challenging the appointment/selection of respondent No 12 as Angan Bari Sevika for Centre No 91, situate in Ward No 3 of Kusaiya Gram Panchayat within Warisnagar Block in the district of Samastipur. The District Magistrate, on receipt of such application, would be obliged to consider the claim of the petitioner after hearing the parties concerned expeditiously.
4 Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 5 The petitioner, if is keen to avail of the opportunity of Annexure 14 which is the file noting which has been relied upon, should avail of her opportunity within a period of four weeks from today. It is made clear that if no application is filed within four weeks, the claim of the petitioner will not be considered.
