2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.47 of 2024, arising out of Rajpur P.S. Case No.315 of 2023 lodged under Section 392 of the IPC later on sections 395 and 412 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 17.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.7259 of 2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner may be released on bail as he is supporting the trial. He further submits that progress report has been called for.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51660 of 2024(3) dt.11-09-2024 2/2 for bail and submits that the petitioner was identified in T.I.P.. From the report, it transpires that out of 6 witnesses, examination of 3 witnesses has already been taken place and Court has intimated that the trial shall be concluded within 9 months.

6. At this juncture, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Therefore, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
