JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 24-10-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.I. For issuance of direction upon the respondent authorities, more particularly respondent no.4, to take effective steps for removal of encroachment made over the public road, pond (Sairat) and its vinda passing through Khata no.511 (old) 1402 (new), Khesra nos.3021, 3022, 3023 (old), 4947, 4948, 4949, 4950, 4951, 4952, 4953, 4954 (new).
II. For further direction upon the respondent authorities to restrain the
Patna High Court CWJC No.2899 of 2016(4) dt.24-10-2024 2/2 Circle Officer from making encroachment over the public property, which is existing from before."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Benipur, District-Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
