The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for offence punishable under sections301, 201/34 and other ancillary sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner being husband of the victim subjected her to cruelty and harassment in connection with dowry demand. It is alleged that sister of the informant is traceless till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on suspicion. In view of the nature of allegation that the petitioner is the husband and there is allegation against him and the victim is still traceless, prayer for bail of the petitioner is refused with
