2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 124(1), 109, 85, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 3 / 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
3. Allegation against petitioner is of committing matrimonial cruelty to the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. While denying the allegations made in the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he happens to be husband of informant. Though, in this case, the informant sustained burn injury, but on the alleged date and time of occurrence, petitioner was not at home and had gone to Punjab for livelihood. Petitioner has got clean

5. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the period of custody and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Bettiah, West Champaran / concerned Court in connection with Srinagar P.S. Case No. 116 of 2024. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Anay U T
