The Petitioner seeks bail in Muffasil P.S. Case No. 67 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail. The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and for which reason it shall send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses along with a copy of this order, to the Superintendent of Police, Munger, and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35750 of 2014 (4) dt.27-01-2015 Superintendent of Police, Munger is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
