The petitioner has put to challenge an order of the Licensing Authority dated 11-01-2021 whereby his license to run a P.D.S. shop under the Bihar Targeted Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2016 (for short 'the Control Order, 2016') has been cancelled without availing the statutory remedy of appeal under the said Control Order, 2016.

3. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the
