JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1(i). For issuance of direction upon the Respondent-Bank to to pay the admitted arrears of rent payable to the petitioner by the Bank for the premises in question let out to the Bank in pursuance of registered lease agreement dated 01.07.2011.

(ii). For issuance of further direction upon the respondent Bank to pay interest over the said amount at the market rate till the actual date of

(iii). For issuance of further direction upon the Bank to get the wall repaired, which has been damaged by the Bank or alternatively pay compensation amounting to a sum of Rs.

1,50,000/-."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
