The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Sarai Ranjan P.S. Case No.39 of 2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 30A of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
The police on raid has recovered liquor from behind the Bathan of the petitioners. Petitioners claim that they have no connection with the said liquor. They have past history. In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if petitioners surrender
