JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 20-08-2015 Heard Mr. Yogendra Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Ms. Shilpi Keshri, learned Assisting Counsel to Additional Advocate General No.11 for the State.

The petitioner has approached this Court questioning the inclusion of 130 persons in the voter-list as contained in Annexure-2 and the inclusion of 26 persons in the voter list as contained in Annexure-3.

Patna High Court CWJC No.15989 of 2012 (2) dt.20-08-2015 Mr. Mishra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner very fairly submits that he shall be raising the issue before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies under section 48 of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, 1935 as it concerns the eligibility of the members of the society and who may be appropriately directed for consideration and disposal of the same.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, this writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner, if so advised, to raise his grievance before the Registrar, Cooperative Societies and should any such application be filed by the petitioner, the same would be considered and disposed of by the Registrar, Cooperative Societies in accordance with law and after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the persons likely to be affected by the order.
