2. Without going into the merits or demerits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the parties.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already given representations on 03.11.2022, 06.11.2023 and 01.04.2025

Patna High Court CWJC No.11058 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/3 (Annexures P/5, P/6 and P/7) to the concerned authorities, i.e., the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and it will suffice if a direction is given to the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to dispose of the same by fixing a time framed.

4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents-State has stated that he has no objection if a direction is given to the concerned authority to consider the representation made by the petitioner strictly in accordance with law.

5. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to dispose of the representations dated 03.11.2022, 06.11.2023 and 01.04.2025 (Annexures P/5, P/6 and P/7) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the any clarification is sought, the authority concerned is directed to put the petitioner on notice and seek his clarification. In case the claim made by the petitioner is found to be genuine, the authorities shall make necessary arrangement for payment of the admitted dues. In case the authorities come to the conclusion that the claim made by the petitioner is liable to be rejected, they shall pass a reasoned orders giving the reasons for rejecting his claim. Any

6. With the above directions, the present writ petition is disposed of.
