2. The petitioner in the present case is seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For correction of date of birth of the petitioner in registration, Admit Card, Marks Sheet and Provisional Certificate issued in Diploma in Elementary Education (Face to Face) Exam for training Session 2019-21, exam year-2021 by the Bihar School Examination Board, Patna.

(ii) For modification in records and issue date of birth which is wrongly mentioned as 15-01-1993 in place of 15-01-1999.

(iii) For direction to respondent authorities to consider and take required action upon the pending applications of petitioner supported with several relevant documents.

(iv) For any other relief/reliefs for which petitioner is found entitled in the facts and circumstances of

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has applied for necessary corrections in his marksheet and other documents relating to the examination of Dl.Ed. face to face course in training session 2019-2021 for which the examination was held in the year 2021. It is submitted that the application for necessary corrections has been made in the light of the Advertisement No. PR100/2022 published by the Board but till date the request of the petitioner has not been considered. It is submitted that the petitioner has deposited the requisite fee also for this purpose vide Annexure '2' to the writ application.

4. Mr. Ankit Katriar, learned counsel for the Board submits that the Board shall consider the request of the petitioner and take an appropriate decision within a reasonable time.

5. Having regard to the kind of submissions made on behalf of the Board, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the Board and its authorities to look into the grievance of the petitioner, consider his application and take an appropriate view of the matter within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
