2. The present writ application has been filed for the following relief(s):- "(i) For consideration of promotion in graduate pay scale with effect from 19.08.2013 as well as promotion on the post of Head Master from 28.08.2018 to

Patna High Court CWJC No.10347 of 2023(2) dt.05-12-2024 2/3 which the juniors were promoted in the aforesaid pay scales.

(ii) For further direction to protect the seniority of the petitioners after promotion with consequential benefits including monetary benefits.

(iii) For any relief(s) for which the petitioners are found entitled in the facts and circumstances of the present case."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner requests to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no. 5 (District Programme Officer (Estb.), Vaishali to dispose of the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure- 2 series.

4. In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 5 (District Programme Officer (Estb.), Vaishali within a period of four weeks from today along with all supporting documents.

5. If such representation is filed within stipulated time, the concerned respondent no. 5 i.e. (District Programme Officer (Estb.), Vaishali shall examine the same and pass a reasoned & speaking order after hearing the petitioner in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of production of copy of this order.
