2. Learned counsel for Respondent Nos. 2 to 7 submits that in fact the hostel in question has already been vacated under videography done by the authorities of the institution on 05.06.2023 itself. It is submitted that the belongings of the petitioner has been kept in the clock room of the hostel and they can collect the same after paying the
Patna High Court CWJC No.10708 of 2023(3) dt.21-08-2023 2/2 dues of the hostel.
