JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the University. The grievance of the petitioner in the present application is non-disposal of the application for grant of affiliation of the college in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is senior most teacher of the college and as such he has interest for grant of affiliation of the college. There is dispute as to the Principal, Mr. Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the rival Principal

Patna High Court CWJC No.13632 of 2019(2) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 submits that his client is actual Principal of the college. Without going to the controversy who is the actual Principal or Professor in-charge of the college, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner or the validly appointed Professor in-charge recognized by the University to approach the State Government for appropriate decision in the matter of affiliation of the college.

In case such representation is filed by the petitioner or validly appointed Professor in-charge of the college,the State Government shall take appropriate decision in accordance with law for grant of affiliation of the college in question at the earliest preferably within a period of four months from the date of filing of such representation.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
