The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No.183 of 2023 registered under Sections 467, 468, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 11 of the Bihar Bengal Gambling Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Santosh Kumar. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner.
