2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024.
3. As per prosecution case, some unknown miscreants came and assaulted the informant thereafter snatched his bag containing cash of Rs. 70,000/- and other articles.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that he has been falsely implicated in this case and has committed no offence. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and he has no concern with the alleged occurrence. Only, on the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48643 of 2024(2) dt.11-07-2024 2/2 basis of suspicion he has been implicated in the present case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner except cash of Rs. 5,000/- which belongs to him. Petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2024.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in connection with Bhagwan Bazar P.S. Case No. 187 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
