2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 147 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 195(1), 126(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 132, 121(2), 324(4), 352, 351(2) of the BNS, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution story, one of the police personnel was surrounded by the villagers and he was being assaulted. In the FIR, the Chowkidar had disclosed the name of 13 known persons including this petitioner and 10-15 unknown persons.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and similarly situated co-accused persons,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49376 of 2025(2) dt.22-08-2025 2/2 namely, Namuna Singh @ Namun Singh and Sunil Singh have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.08.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46689 of 2025. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances and clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Nawada in connection with Sirdala P.S. Case No. 147 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
