2.The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for the issuance of an appropriate Writ to restrain Respondents from any construction on the Order of approval given by the Collector, Samastipur dated 14.11.2023 by Letter No.2627 on the proposal of Anchaladhikari, Pusa to construct Panchayat Bhawan over the disputed land,

Patna High Court CWJC No.10360 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 2/3 which is the Raiyati land of the petitioner and it is apparent from the perusal of the Order dated 30.4.2025 in JBCA No.92/202425 that the respondents are bent upon to construct Panchayat Bhawan over the disputed land;

(ii) for the issuance of an appropriate Writ to restrain the Respondents from constructing any type of Panchayati Bhawan or any other construction over the disputed land;

(iii) for the issuance of an appropriate Writ/Order/Direction to quash any type of proposal to construct any Panchayat Bhawan upon the disputed land.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if his representation before the District Collector, Samastipur (respondent no.3) is taken note of.

4. Learned State counsel submits that the concerned representation is bereft of any document and if such papers are preferred, the same shall be taken to its logical conclusion.

5. In that background, this Court allows the petitioner to approach the District Collector, Samastipur (respondent no.3)

Patna High Court CWJC No.10360 of 2025(2) dt.03-07-2025 3/3 in next four weeks alongwith all the relevant documents who shall take the matter to its logical conclusion in next four months.

6. The writ petition is disposed of.
