The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Complaint Case No.432 of 2015, Trial No.5895 of 2016 registered under Sections 420 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code. Regard being had to the fact that there is admitted land dispute between the parties and the petitioners claim fifty per cent share over the land which has been sold by them, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the
