The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner has been remanded in this case on 13.05.2022 from Palasi P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022, in which he has been named.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stolen motorcycles are the same but for no apparent good reason, another case has been instituted against unknown and the petitioner has been remanded in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46279 of 2022(2) dt.25-11-2022 2/2 this case.

Considering the nature of accusation and the period of custody of the petitioner, which is from 13.05.2022, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Araria, in connection with Sikty P.S. Case No. 99 of 2022.
