The petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2012 in connection with S.T. No. 87 of 2013 arising out of Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 80 of 2012 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is the husband in a case registered under Sections 498A read with Sections 341, 324, 326, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submissions and also the period period of custody, let the petitioner, Prithvi Rishideo @ Prithi Rishideo be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Adhoc Additioanl Sessions Judge IV,
