JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER ---------------- 01-10-2015 After having heard the parties, this Court finds that for redressal of his valid grievances raised in the present writ petition, the petitioner has an alternative and efficacious remedy before the prescribed authority under the provisions of The Bihar Land Mutation Act, 2011 and Rules made thereunder. In above view of the matter, the writ petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to avail of the aforesaid remedy available to him before the prescribed authority. It is expected that if an appropriate petition is filed on behalf of the petitioner before the prescribed authority, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the dismissal of the present writ petition.
