Patna High Court CWJC No.15676 of 2012 dt.01-10-2015 2/2 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed at the Bar that all admissible dues of the petitioner have been paid except for the arrears of salary on account of her promotion to the post of Reader.

Learned counsel for the University very fairly takes a stand that the said due shall also be paid to her expeditiously. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to ensure that such payment is made within four weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
