This is the third attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.388 of 2021 registered for the offence under sections 304-B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier, the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail has been rejected vide orders dated 21.07.2023 and 06.09.2024 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous Nos. 39162 of 2023 and 24207 of 2024.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. He is in custody since 01.12.2022.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case the charge has been framed but no witness has been examined in the trial till date. 5.
Considering the period of custody of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46008 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 petitioner as well as the delay in trial, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, X, Muzaffarpur / concerned Court below, in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.388 of 2021.

As a condition of this order, the petitioner, after being released on bail is directed to co-operate in the trial either by appearing personally or through his lawyer in the trial Court on each and every date fixed by the trial Court. Noncompliance of the condition will result in cancellation of the bail bonds of the petitioner.
