JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Special Case No. 281 of 2014 arising out of Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014 registered under Sections 328, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that regarding administering intoxicated Biscuit to the informant and snatching of his mobile, articles and cash, Khagaria P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014 was registered against unknown. Later on, the snatched mobile was recovered from one Rahul Kumar, who disclosed that the said mobile was soled by the petitioner to him, except that there is

It is further submitted that although the petitioner is in custody since 07.04.2014 but he has not been put on T.I. Parade while the informant has claimed to identify the culprits on seeing him in his restatement before the police. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Additional Sessions Judge, Khagaria, in connection with Special Case No. 281 of 2014 arising out of Khagaria Rail P.S. Case No. 04 of 2014. Out of two sureties one surety must be the parents or close relative of the petitioner.
