In view of a substantive order dated 07.02.2013 dismissing the petitioner having been passed in the departmental proceeding started against the petitioner while he was still in service, in the opinion of the Court no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the present proceeding till the order of dismissal holds ground.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off.

However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to challenge the order of dismissal dated 07.02.2013 in accordance
