The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nawada P.S. Case No. 202 of 2015 registered under Section 307 and other allieds sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. Injuries sustained have been found to be simple in nature that too are not on the vital parts of the body. Allegations levelled are general and omnibus.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32661 of 2017 (3) dt.23-08-2017 the prayer for bail and submits that there is allegations of assault supported by injury.

Considering the nature of allegations levelled against these petitioners and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Their prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
